Casa Vina Del Mar is as beautiful as it sounds. At the Casa, we offer
three unique apartments in a quiet, quaint neighborhood in the heart
of Puerto Vallarta. Attractions, top restaurants, art galleries and
shopping are all literally steps away. Located in the hills
overlooking the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, and 5 blocks above
the old town's famous beach boardwalk, the apartments offer
magnificent views of the bay and pueblo. The Casa'a apartments are
uniquely decorated with local art, and are each completely furnished.
Casa Vina Del Mar's apartment amenities include high speed wireless
internet, cable, and a full kitchen (coffee maker, full size
appliances). All of the apartments have been recently redecorated and
come with twice-weekly housekeeping service. The Armstrong family has
been staying here for years, and we look forward to sharing our
relaxation with you.
Casa Juanita-Penthouse
Casa Juanita, named after our grandmother, Joan, is a truly unique
place. Casa Juanita is a one bedroom with a full sized bed, kitchen,
living room, extra den and 1 and ½ baths. Upon entering our top floor
apartment, you are struck by one of the most breath taking and
magnificent view of Puerto Vallarta, including an unobstructed views of the Bay, the
Cathedral, and the distant mountains in every direction. The Casa's open air living
space offers a unique and comfortable way enjoy the fine amenities of
a living room and the beauty and warmth of the outdoors.
Casa Jorge-2nd floor
Casa Jorge, named after our late great grandfather, George, is a
two-bedroom apartment with a queen-sized bed in one of the bedrooms
and two twin beds in the other. The apartment features an open aired
living room that allows the guests picturesque, view of the town and the bay.
Casa Katita-1st floor
Casa Katita, named after our late great-grandma, Katharine, is a one
bedroom apartment with a full sized bed, living room, den, and
bathroom with shower. By using the couches in the den, the apartment
is able to sleep up to 4. The furniture in the apartment is both
comfortable and beautiful and has been decorated by a local artisan.
Casa Katita's guests spend much of their vacation time on the balcony
with a slight ocean view. As our most reasonably priced option, this
apartment offers an affordable chance to live in the heart of paradise.
