You will be renting a pristine upper floor of a home completely
rebuilt in 2003. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus an
outside shower. The great room has a new, fully equipped kitchen,
with island seating, hardwoods floors, a dining area, and cozy living
area. There are two porches off the great room. The home has
central
air conditioning, plus ceiling fans throughout.
The home is ideally located at the southern end of Beach Haven, in a
quiet, family oriented neighborhood. You will be five houses from
the
beach and the same from the bay on this narrow portion of Long Beach
Island for easy walking to the beach and to the bay for sunsets.

plans and there is an outdoor grill for your use. Enjoy the outside
