Vacation Rental Description

Beach front three story house on the north end of Rosarito Beach and 
a Short walk on the beach to Downtown shopping and nightclubs.  
Groceriey stores and resturants along the walk down on the Beach. 
Newly built 4,000 Square foot house ,with a Panoramic View of the 
Ocean on two levels of the Home,to enjoy from the Balcony or 
Terrace. The house comfortably  sleeps 14 people. This is a 3 bedroom villa, each bedroom has a 
queen size bed and a sofa bed in each,.  The living room also has a sofa bed and a regular 7ft 
couch.This is an excelant location for Wedding,reunions and Private parties.  


Cleaning service is provided.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Panoramic views of the ocean from the balcony and 2 of the three 
bedrooms.  All rooms are elegantly and comfortably furnished.  
Complete kitchen with all the amenities including dishwaher and 
Microwave. And filtered drinking water from frig. Coffee maker,and 
blender.  Wet Bar also has filtered water.  Property is 
completly inclosed with a two car automatic garage door. Plus room 
for 2 more vechiles. Washer and Dryer Located on the first Level.A 
brand NEW 42"PLASMA T.V. in the living room,for your enjoyment  
Internet service, and Cable T.V. on all T.V.'s located in the house. 
Clean Linen and bath towels are provided. (Please bring beach towels)

Activities and Attractions

A short walk on the beach to nightclubs,restuarnts,shopping. Beach 
actcess for all activities including surfing.(subject to weather 
conditions) Lounge chairs and beach chairs are also provided to 
enjoy laying around on the Terrace.  Porto Neuvo for lobster dinner 
is a short 20 minute ride.

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily and weekend rates start at $550.00a night,
Weekly and monthly rates are available. Rates are 
Based on Seasonal competive rates. Including Holidays.
Cleaning Fee is Required,$100.00.A security depoist of $550.00 is 
required and completly REFUNDED 10 business days after departure 
date.  Their is a studio apt attached to the villa which is complete 
with a queen size bed and 8 foot sofa for additional people in your 
party. Complete with kichen and bathroom. (addional fee is 
required).
