block from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, a popular Gulf Coast  
tourist destination. 
The white sands and warm waters of Madeira Beach are directly across  
the street. Strolling the beach and watching for dolphins that are  
often sighted is a popular pastime. 
Our unit is on the third floor, overlooking a new marina and Boca  
Ciega Bay.  
Our unit would be perfect for a couples getaway, or a family with  
two small children.It is fully furnished,has one bedroom, two full  
baths, sitting room, living room, and fully equipped kitchen. 
The large balcony is complete with patio furniture, and is  
accessible from the living room, sitting room, and bedroom. 
The bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and full bath. 
The sitting room has a full size sleeper sofa, and a pocket door for  
privacy. 
A second full bath is adjacent to the living room and sitting room. 
The living room has a TV with DVD/VCR player. 
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and  
all the necessities.

Holiday rates may be higher. 
Rates do not include approximately 12% Florida tax. 
One week minimum stay during peak season February-April. 
Three nite minimum stay May-June. 
Weekly rental period Saturday to Saturday. 
Rates include daily housecleaning and covered parking.
