This must rent centrally located new cottage is part of a 43 acre
Beach Dreams Cottage community in Wells, Maine, just off of Route
1.  It is perfect for a summer getaway where you want luxury, but simplicity.
There is no need to sacrifice comfort and quality. This beautiful
cottage comfortably sleeps 6 and is equipped with many amenities.

The cottage also has a three season sunroom where you can sip
cocktails and relax with family and friends after a fun day at the
beach or pool.
The Beach Dreams resort community is brand new. Some of the
amenities and activities available are multiple pools and hot tub. Tennis,
basketball, bocce courts are available for your use. The property
features a pool side club house with work out facility, internet
connections, video game room and pool tables for adults. Gazebos,
walking and biking trails are available for your enjoyment. Take a
walk, car ride or the trolley to near by Moody Beach and Wells Beach.

Cottage Amenities Include:
- Great location - near Grecian Pool and very short walk to club
house and large pool,
- Queen Size bed in Master Bedroom
- Twin Size Trundle Bed in Guest Bedroom. Picture shows top twin
bed. A second twin bed is hidden beneath. The trundle pulls out to
expose second twin bed.
- Pull Out Queen Size sleep sofa in living room
- Fully furnished living room and eat in kitchen.
- 3 season screen porch with table and 4 chairs
- Fully Equipped Kitchen includes: Stove, Full Size Refrigerator,
Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Cookware, and all your kitchen
essentials.

- Air Conditioning/Heat
- Washer / Dryer
- Home Stereo System (bring your favorite CD�s)

- Linens and Towels (indoor) are available for you to rent from the Beach   Dreams Office for a nominal fee

The close proximity to Wells and Moody Beach and the on site pools
and activities will keep most anyone very busy. For those who are
looking for a little more, this centrally located area offers many
attractions: golf courses, the Rachel Carson National Wildlife
Refuge, mini-golf, antique stores, outlet shopping and many dining
options all nearby.

$700.00 per week - May through June 23rd
$900 to 1300.00 per week - June 25th through September 8th
$700.00 per week - September 8th through October 31st
Rental is from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in 2 PM - Check-out 10 AM (FIRM)

Unit is Non-smoking and No Pets. We rent only to Adults 21 years of
age or older.

6 people maximum occupancy - no exceptions

Terms:

- Rental Rate - half due at time of booking and balance with final payment 

- Security Deposit of $200.00 - half at time of booking half and balance with final payment 

-7% Maine Sales Tax Due with final payment

- $75.00 cleaning fee due at the time of booking

-  Final Payment is due at least two weeks prior to the start of rental period, otherwise renter forfeits rental of the reserved week.

- Cancellation Policy:  A fee of $150.00 will charged if cancellation occurs greater that four weeks of the rental date.  If cancellation occurs within four weeks of reserved rental period, a fee of one half of the rental rate will be kept as a cancellation fee. The balance of any money will be returned to the renter.

- Security deposit will be returned after satisfactory checkout
inspection and inventory. Deposit will be mailed within one week.
