This Beautiful Victorian Estate (which went under extensive  
renovations in 2007) is located just 1/10 mile to beach and boards. This home  
is under the historical society and was built in 1930. With staying  
at this beautiful home in is lovely setting you will be recieving 2  
homes for this price.  The main home is an all brick victorian which  
consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths and is 2 stories. This main  
home has a beautiful front porch furnished with wicker furniture and  
old fashioned rockers. When entering inside this home (which has all  
9 foot ceilings) you have on the first floor a large foyer, sitting  
room, sun room, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and  
a full bath with shower. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms with  
queen sized beds, a larger bedroom that has 2 doubles beds on bottom with  
twins on top and a full bath with tub. The entire home has all  
orginal hardwood floors which have been restored. Each floor has its  
own central air and heating system, washer and dryer and internet  
access.  
 
The guest cottage consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, fully equipped  
kitchen and living room. The bedrooms are 1 queen, 1 double and 1 set of twin bunks  
 All tile floors and every room has been restored. This  
home  also has wireless internet access and cable t.v. 
 
For your convience we have included linens, gas grill, outside  
enclosed hot and cold water shower, outside patio area equipped with  
picnic tables and shaded trees, in addition there is off street  
parking for 3-4 cars

boards in a beautiful setting this home is for you.
