Landau Vacation Beach Rentals in Siesta Key

Located on beautiful Crescent Beach on Siesta Key, with an ocean view
from our 3rd floor condo. Our condo is exceptionally clean and
completely furnished (including dishes, silverwear, pots, pans,
skillets, dish detergent), dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender,
electric can opener, stainless steel appliances, bed and bath linens,
beach towels, beach chairs for sitting closer to the waters edge,
plenty of lounge chairs on the beach for your convenience, umbrellas,
beachtoys, 2 wheel beach cart, coolers, rafts, small child life
vests, games, LCD TV w/DVD player in guest bedroom, Cable TV w/DVD &
VCR player in master bedroom, TV w/DVD & VHS player in living room, Internet,
stereo w/cd player, dvd & vhs movies, and more.
There are two full size beds in the guest bedroom and a king size bed
in the master bedroom, walk in closets, and a queen sofa sleeper in
the living room.
The master bedroom has a shower in the bathroom and the hall bathroom
has a tub/shower with seperate access to the guest bedroom.
Portable crib and high chair available upon request at no additional
charge.
No Smoking inside units and no pets allowed.

Private balcony with access from the living room and the master
bedroom to watch the Gentle Waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the most
Spectacular of Sunsets.

Elevators are located steps from our condo along with the laundry
facility for our floor.
Reserved covered parking. Taller vehicle parking in front of complex.
Covered barbecue area (charcoal grill) w/picnic table right on the
beach that you can reserve at the front office.
Shaded tiki huts with lounge chairs right on the beach for your use
free of charge.
Heated Pool and Sauna
Basket carts available for your convenience to carry groceries from
your car to the condo along with luggage carts.

Boat, bike, jet ski rentals, parasailing, bait and tackle, grocery
store, drug store with post office, City pizza, Captain Curts, and
more are within a two minute walk. Tennis and Golf are within a
short drive. Two miles up the beach is the Siesta Key public beach
with beach volleyball courts, playground, picnic area, restrooms, and
pavilion.
For additional enjoyment visit the Sarasota Jungle Gardens, Mote
Marine Aquarium,  G Wiz -Hands on Fun, Marie Selby
Botanical Gardens, St. Armands Circle, Ringling Museum, Asolo
Theatre, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, Dolphin - Manatee & Wildlife
Watch Cruise, Historic Spanish Point, and more. Then end the day
with a romantic tropical sunset cruise.
Siesta Key is located one hour from Tampa and Bush Gardens and two
hours from Disney, Universal, and Epcot in Orlando.

Rates Subject to Change Without Advanced Notice.
All rentals subject to 12% Fla. Taxes 
Security Damage Deposit $300.00
Deposit will be held pending inspection for damages,
missing items, and excessive cleaning. If unit is left in same
condition as was when rented, deposit will be returned 
within 2 business days. Cancellations must be
received in writing forty five (45) days prior to reservation dates,
in order to receive a refund less a $50.00 cancellation fee.
