energy efficient  with heat pump, evap. cooler and fans! Fully Furnished! AND MINUTES From the 101 
Agua Fria Freeway/Bell Road interchange!  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Linens, full kitchen comes with a refrigerator w/in-the-door ice & filtered water, flat top range, 
built-in microwave, cookware,  utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a washer & dryer. 2 Queen 
beds, 1 twin, sofa with built-in recliner, barstools for the eat-in bar, a stereo, clock radio & 
T.V., patio furniture.  Note:  There is no maid service and no telephone in the house.  No RV 
parking in front of home, but there is plenty of parking less than 1/2 a block away.  

Activities and Attractions

2 minutes from fantastic shopping, restaurants, and entertainment galore at and around Arrowhead 
Town Center.  Just 1 minute from a Starbucks & TWO  grocery stores, 1 minute from Cracker Barrel (or 
walk), 2 minutes from Peoria Stadium, 8 minutes from Cardinals Stadium, Glendale Arena, Westgate, 
and Arizona's only Cabela's! 5 minutes from many public golf courses! This is an excellent area to 
do many things. There is a private Community park and pool (heated!), bike paths, Peoria's Rio 
Vista Activity Center/Park is a wonderful place to watch those beautiful Arizona sunsets, feed the 
ducks, and fish! AND easy access to the Whitetank and Thunderbird mountain parks!  About 15 minutes 
from Lake Pleasant.  About 15 minutes from Luke Airforce Base, about 30 minutes from Scottsdale, 
about 40 minutes from downtown Phoenix.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer special ~ JULY 1 to OCT 30 vacation rental is just $560 per week or $1,990 per month.  Until 
confirmed, all rates are subject to change.*   NOV 1 to JUNE 31 PEAK SEASON rate is $650 per week or 
$2,319 per month with $350 partly refundable security/cleaning deposit*.  This comes out to $92.85 
per night for 3 thru up to 21 nights of stay. For 22 nights and over, nightly rate is just $82.82 
per night.     ***** Special rates may apply during special events. ***** 

Flexible options are also available with 9-12 mos lease.  $1250 and includes water, cable, internet 
and HOA fees.  Please inquire for full details on long-term rentals.    

Small to medium sized housetrained dog OK w/ additional security deposit and prior approval.   
Minimum stay 3 days.  Smoking is not permitted.  Upon checkout, the house will be inspected.  You 
get $300 of the deposit back if the house is in the same great condition as when you arrived!

Payment:  50% due at booking with balance due 30 days prior to arrival.   Note: until confirmed, 
rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation up to 15 days prior to check in will cause a forfeit of 50% deposit if the home goes un-
rented for the same time period.  2 days rent at the daily rate if un-rented may also be charged.
