Our guests have said our pictures do not do justice; they find the home much nicer in person.  Note: There is no maid service and no telephone in the house.  No RV parking in front of home, but plenty of parking less than 1/2 a block away.

• Westbrook Village Golf Course is less than 1/4 mile north of the house.
• Peoria Sports Complex, home of the:  Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres spring training; just 3 lights east and south of the house.  (83rd Ave south of Bell).
• Surprise Stadium, home to the:   Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals (just down Bell Rd. to the west)
• Goodyear Ballpark, home of the:  Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds at (Loop 303 & Estrella Pkwy)

This is on the Glendale / Peoria border in the better part of Peoria near Arrowhead. 2 minutes from fantastic shopping, restaurants, and entertainment galore at and around Arrowhead Town Center Mall. Just 1 minute from a Starbucks & TWO grocery stores, 2 minutes from Cracker Barrel restaurant (or
walk), 3 minutes from Peoria Stadium, 8 minutes from Cardinals University of Phoenix Stadium, Glendale Arena, Westgate, and Arizona's only Cabela's! 5 minutes from many public golf courses, with Westbrook Village Golf just to the north.  Sun City Sundome about 8 minutes away.  PIR Phoenix Intl. Raceway about 25 minutes south.

Our monthly rates include utilities plus cable TV and high speed internet.  Special discounts  may apply during certain times for 3 or more weeks at a time.  Please ask about our "The Longer you stay, the less you pay"  extended stay discounts. 

Weekly rates are currently as follows and include utilities:    Peak Season  DEC-MAY $756 weekly,  $108 per night.  Warm Season  JUNE- AUG $581 weekly, $83 per night.   Fall Season SEPT - NOV $695 weekly, which is $99.28 per night.  Non refundable cleaning deposit $25 - $125 (depending on length of stay).

Small to medium sized housetrained dog OK w/ additional security deposit and prior approval.  We have the perfect yard for your pet with block fencing and doggy door! 

Smoking is permitted outdoors only.  Refundable security deposit $300 to $500 depending on length of stay.  You get the deposit back if the house is in the same great condition as when you arrived!

Payment: 50% due at booking with balance due 30 days prior to arrival.  Special payment plans may be arranged for longer stays.  Short notice OK with full payment + rental agreement in order.   We accept Credit Card payments via Paypal.
