The Riverledge Cottage at Chippewa Bay in Alexandria Bay

This Cottage is perfectly situated on the St. Lawrence River and the main shipping channel with stunning views of Chippawa Bay and the Cross Over Island Lighthouse.

It is a Charming cedar shingle-sided cottage with an enclosed porch and wrap around deck.The enclosed porch looks out over the ledge to provide expansive and stunning views of the sunset, passing ships and river.  The porch has 2 couches and the dining room table to provide plenty of space for gathering.  There is also a seperate living room with 2 couches where the main television is located.

The main bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom and laundry room are located off the main bedroom. There is a sliding glass door that opens onto the deck so you have fabulous views right from bed. The second bedroom is a double bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. Perfect for the kids or friends!

There is lots of outdoor space in the side yard, perfect for gathering around the fire pit. There is also a 60ft boat dock which can accommodate a 30ft boat as well as  a jet ski or two. The Back of house is tucked into a small granite cliff which provides total privacy and serenity. There are 6 steps that come down out of the driveway onto the deck and then 4 steps down into the yard. There are about 10 steps that go down from the yard onto the boat dock.

The property has a side yard which looks out over the ledge and 244 feet of waterfront.

It can be rented for less than 7 nights but for the same weekly fee.

dryer, large screen sattelite T.V., heating and central air,
barbeque, all dishes, pots and pans, silverware, towels, sheets,
blankets and bedspreads.

Spacious side yard and paved driveway. Ample parking is available in the upper lot for boat trailers and additional cars.

A short boat ride takes you to both Singer Castle on Dark Island or
Boldt Castle on Heart Island.
Watch the grand freighters and lakers as you discover the wonders of
the St. Lawrence Seaway. Only 15 minutes drive from night life and
restaurants in Alexandria Bay and 30 minutes from charming Clayton
with the world famous Antique Boat Museum and boutique shopping or
30 minutes from city of Watertown with mall shopping.

Cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM

June 15, 2007 through Sept. 7, 2010 1500.00 per week
Sept. 7, 2007 through Sept. 28, 2010 800.00 per week.

September 29th thru November 30th 2010 700.00 per week.

$125/night for nightly rentals plus a cleaning charge
