privacy.

Vacation Rental Rates

"Off" season is May 1 to Nov. 30....Take advantage of the snowbirds
return north with less crowds, cheaper rates & warmer ocean temps!
$1050/week...$2500/month

"Peak" season is Dec. 1 to Apr. 30
$1225/week...$2500-4000/month

$115 cleaning fee
$350 refundable security deposit
Florida Resort Tax 11.5% not included in above prices above

*Rental Deposit for one month rent in High Season is: $650 (on 
signing
6mo in advance, $300 + $350 Security Deposit). The amount of $2500
will be due four months before arriving. If condo is available and
needed immediately, then the full amount is due before you
arrive.

*SECURITY DEPOSIT:  $350 will be colected at the time of 1st  
deposit.
 This security deposit will be refunded if no damage or loss occurs.

*CLEANING FEE: $115 (cash) is to be left on the counter for the
cleaning service.

*Check In Time: 4:00PM - Check Out Time: 12 noon

Length Of Stay Discounts: Negotiable

Cancellations and Refunds:
For any cancellations which occur at least 60 days prior to your
scheduled arrival date, refund of monies paid less $350.

For cancellations that occur within 60 days of your scheduled arrival
date, for any reason whatsoever, deposits and rental payment are
refunded only to the extent that your week(s)/month(s) 
can be re-rented.

Please do not wait for the last minute to cancel.

Ocean Village Resorts does not permit trailers, pick-up trucks, 
commercial vehicles, campers, motor homes, rv’s, boats or boat 
trailers on the site.  suv's and family vans with rear windows are 
allowed.

We do not rent to singles under 25; proof of age required; you will 
be checked.

No pets/dogs are allowed.

Smoking is NOT allowed. No exceptions! If this is violated, $350
deposit will be kept towards cleaning!
