The Island Beach House is colorfully decorated with a contemporary, tropical flair and relaxation in mind ... It has the perfect location on South Channel - the Only channel with freighters passing by!

This unique waterfront property offers both a  beach and a grassy picnic area at the upper edge.  A rare find, since there is no public beach on the island!

The deck spans the entire front of the house and offers plenty of opportunity for relaxing, sunning, lounging and entertaining.  Spend time grilling while you enjoy music via outdoor speakers and of course, take advantage of the freighter viewing.

Once inside the house, you will find a spacious, open floor plan with a beautiful water view through a series of doorwalls and windows across the entire front of the house: Gathering room, Kitchen and Eating area.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths - one bedroom and full bath are located on the first floor. The home is clean, well maintained and has a non-smoking policy.

Down the street is Sans Souci, where you can get a bite to eat, pick up groceries, pizza, fresh baked goods or get an ice cream cone. This is truly the place for slowing down and relaxing. Bicycles (2) are available upon request.

 Parking is right out front and ample for multiple cars and watercraft with nearby water access.  The fishing here is some of the best in the state.
