Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful 3 bedroom home is located just steps away from one of  
the most beautiful beaches in Santa Cruz.  It is located on 12th  
avenue just a few houses from the beach.  Listen to the sounds of  
the ocean as you sit on the deck and look at the ocean.  Or enjoy  
the sounds from the back deck as you relax in the hot tub. Enjoy a  
little piece of heaven in this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, home made for  
relaxing.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Includes BBQ on the patio, inside gas stove, fully remodeled  
kitchen, microwave, washer and dryer, big plasma screen TV with  
DVD and cable, fully equipped kitchen, 2 queen beds, bunk beds,  
phone, beach chairs,boogie boards, blankets, and outside  
shower.  Perfect get-away just steps from the blue ocean.

Activities and Attractions

The beach is literally just steps away with a view from the front  
deck. The beach offers great surfing, boogie boarding and you can  
walk to great dining. Take a sail ride on one of the charter  
sailboats available just a minute away located at the Yacht Habor.  
Watch from the beach on Wednesday nights during the summer as the  
sailboats come out of the harbor.  Also just 2 minutes from Santa  
Cruz Beach Boardwalk where there are fun rides and one of  
the greatest roller coasters.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season Rates: June 1 through September 30th. Rates are $2,700  
per week. A week is Saturday to Saturday (4 PM check in to 11 AM  
check out). A $500 refundable booking and security deposit is  
required at the time of booking plus a $100 non-refundable cleaning  
fee required also at the time of booking. Please add 10% of rent for  
County tax. 
 
 
Winter Holiday Season: Includes Thanksgiving week and Christmas  
week. Rates are $2,500 per week. A week is Saturday to Saturday (4  
PM check in to 11 AM check out). 
 
Off Season Rates: From September 30 through May 31 excluding Easter  
vacation and excluding Winter Holiday, Rates are $2,200 per week. A  
week is Saturday to Saturday (4 PM check in to 11 AM check out). 
 
Additional discounts: Available for multiple weeks, starting with  
10% for the second week.  
 
If you are looking for less than a week the rates are $500 per  
night, with a 2 night  minimum.  
 
Absolutely no pets or smokers please. 
 
Maximum occupancy is 6.
