the ocean. It is one of the few spots in Flagler where the two
almost
meet allowing fabulous views. The home is directly across
the street from the ocean and we have our own private path in the
yard leading to our private walkway on the ocean. View the morning
sunrise on the rear deck, and the sunset on the front deck with the
ocean breeze keeping you comfortable year round. Swim in the
backyard pool or relax on our private beach. 3/4
acre allows for total privacy. There isn't a better place to relax
than Flagler Beach!

Walk upstairs to 2000 square feet of luxurious living. In the center
of the house is a spacious dining, kitchen, living area. To the
right there is the master suite with a 10X14 master bath. On the
opposite side of the house there are two "more than roomy" bedrooms
with a bathroom. There are 4 TVs, 1 DVD player, 1 VCR with over 100
tapes to view. There is internet and a computer at the house (also wireless) A brand new pool table has been added to our
recreation room leading to the pool. Dishwasher, washer, dryer,
microwave, stereo, games,linens, towels and fully equipped kitchen
are just a few of the ammentities.
Getting Here:
Airports: the Jacksonville International Airport is 75
minutes north, the Daytona Beach International Airport is just
twenty minutes south, and Orlando International Airport is 90
minutes away.

Flagler Beach has the feel of a sleepy beach town yet there are many
things to do! The Flagler Pier is lined with avid fishermen
everyday. The town is lined with quaint shops and restaurants
galore. Surfers flock to the beach and to the local surf shop. Treat
yourself to the local day spa that none can surpass. Golf, Tennis,
Gym, Miniature Golf, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Horseback Riding,
Shopping, Antiquing, Cinemas, Sightseeing, Swimming, Sun
Worshipping, Snorkeling/Diving, Boating, Sailing, Surfing,
