Vacation Rental Description

The Cotton-Carrigan Cottage, 35 Hamilton Lane, Rosemary Beach, FL, 
is a fabulous, totally-equipped, artistic treasure IN the heart of 
Rosemary Beach.  It overlooks West Kingston Park, a beautiful, 
quaint courtyard and play area perfect for young children.  

As with any place within the pedestrian- and bike-friendly Rosemary Beach community, it is a short 
stroll to the beach, the town center, two of the four pools, the fitness area, the tennis courts, 
the 
bike rentals, the Summer Kitchen and The Wild Olives Market.  

The home is extremely comfortable, bright and "family-friendly."  It has a large, fully-equipped, 
state-of-the-art kitchen with tons of granite countertops and pantry space.  There are three 
bedrooms, each with a large closet, and three spacious, Italian-appointed bathrooms with 
plenty of counter and storage space. The master suite opens to the upstairs sleeping/sitting porch, 
which overlooks Kingston Park.  The other two bedrooms, both upstairs, offer a queen bed and a 
double bunk (bottom) with a single top.  
  
The home offers three porches with comfortable rockers, chairs, a hammock, a swing and a picnic 
table.  The front downstairs porch, which faces the wonderful green space of Kingston Park, is 
everyone's favorite.  Additionally, the home provides a huge library of family and children's 
movies, 
books, cards, games and a Croquet set.
