Vacation Rental Description
This spacious and clean two-story ocean view home is across the
street from the beach on a quiet, safe cul de sac, with beach access
within a five minute walk. Lots of windows and sliding glass doors
make for incredible sun light during the day and wonderful breezes
off the ocean. There are 2 large wrap-around decks upstairs and
down.
Large upstairs includes a living room with sofa, love seat,
convertible full size futon, ceiling fan, fireplace and wet bar with
fridge and icemaker, large dining area and adjacent eat-in kitchen
counter with bar stools for up to 14. Direct TV with Tivo VCR/DVD
player in living room and in downstairs gameroom and TV/VCR combo in
master bedroom, are upstairs. Also, full size washer and dryer,
large refrigerator with ice maker, built in microwave, coffee maker,
coffer grinder, garbage disposal and other standard appliances are
readily available for your use.
Downstairs has a 2 car garage, mud room, gameroom with Direct TV,
pool table and darts and 3 bedrooms.
Other features include basketball goal in driveway, beach
access via 5 minute walk. Lots of indoor rainy day games, as well as
several adult bikes, yard darts, horseshoes and
badminton sets, are available. Large landscaped yard also allows for
room to run with the kids or have an outside picnic. A charcoal
grill plus electric grill are available inside.

Jun 03-Sep 06 WEEKLY ONLY - SUN to SUN - $1495/week.
Sep 07-Dec 31 .. $149/night .. $ 950/week.
Jan 01-Mar 15 .. $129/night .. $ 795/week.
6.50% NC Sales Tax and 5% Carteret County Occupancy Tax are required
in addition to Rental Fee. $250 security deposit. A cleaning fee of
$125 will be added to all rentals less than 7 nights. 50% Deposit is
required to hold your reservation. Cancellations must be 2 weeks
prior or a $100 Cancellation Fee will be charged. An additional fee
of $200 per rental ($100 for off season) will apply for approved pets.
