You'll love this 4th floor, fully furnished with tropical decor, 2  
Bedroom 2 Bath (Queen and twin beds)Waterfront Condo. Located in a  
the Popular Beach Community of Pompano (just 20 miles from the Fort  
Lauderdale-Hollywood airport). The property/building is well  
maintained, tropically landscaped and there's an atmosphere which  
appeals to the business and vacation traveler. The friendly people in  
this "small", casual complex lend to its special character; something  
not found in most South Florida condos.  
Spend the day or evening lounging in our heated swimming pool right  
on the Intracoastal Waterway where there's always a passing boat or  
yacht.  
A very relaxing get-away that's close to everything. Enjoy a  
peaceful morning walk on the beautiful beach located only two blocks  
away.

If you are looking for a place where you can play a quick nine on a beautiful course, wet a line in  
waters inhabited by trophy class denizens of the deep, or just unwind with warm sand between your  
toes and watch the moon rise over the Gulf Stream then Pompano Beach is your kind of place. 
 
Pompano Yacht and Beach Club is in an ideal location within a short walk (avoiding traffic) to the  
beach, boat rentals, diving & snorkeling boats, charter & party  fishing boats, nail/beauty salons &  
spas, fitness & yoga centers, gourmet fish store, grocery, dozens of shops and restaurants (i.e.,  
Publix Supermarket, Walgreen's, Flanigan's Sports Bar and Eatery, Houston's Restaurant w/ dining on  
the Intracoastal, 1 Hour cleaner's) all within a 1-2 block area. Tennis is a five minute walk.  
A lovely 18-hole golf course is within five-minute drive.  The newly renovated mall Pompano City  
Center (Macy's, Pier 1, Penney's, Lowe's and many more shops)is just 7 minutes away. Pompano Harness  
horse racing and the new Isle of Capri Casino (Las Vega style gambling) is just a 10-15 minute drive  
away. Within 20 minutes to the south, the famous "Las Olas" shopping district as well as Beachplace  
and Riverwalk and to the north, Boca's Town Center shopping. Within 45 minutes of "Worth Avenue" in  
West Palm Beach and "South Beach" in Miami. The best of shopping, dining, arts, music and  
entertainment is available at all these destinations. 
 
Pompano Beach is a popular resort town in the center of the Gold Coast. Named for a tropical game  
fish found in local waters, the city is noted for its sport fishing facilities which include a 1,800-

over 100,000 residents. During season (October through March) the number swells to nearly 150,000 as

implies (Pompano - a species of in-shore -tropical game fish) the fun includes some of the world's  
best sport fishing just a few mile form your Pompano Beach real estate. Golfers find living or
