Vacation Rental Description

Newest luxury condominium in Madeira Beach is the Madeira Bay Resort.
This fifth floor unit offers one of the best views in the building, 
overlooking a new marina and beautiful Boca Ciega Bay.
We are steps away from the white sands of Madeira Beach and the warm 
waters of the Gulf of Mexico. 
One block south of the resort is John's Pass Village, a popular 
tourist destination.
The condo is completely furnished, with two bedrooms, two full 
baths, large sitting room, fully equipped kitchen with eating area, 
and living room. It will accomodate four to six persons comfortably.
Enjoy the view from our two balconies - one off the living room and 
one off the master bedroom, both with patio furniture.
The master bedroom has a full bath, queen size bed, and TV.
The second bedroom has a queen bed.
The sitting room has a queen size sleeper sofa, and pocket doors for 
your privacy.
The living room is very spacious, with a TV and DVD/VCR player.
Enjoy the oversized kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and 
granite countertops.
A second full bath is adjacent to the living room and kitchen.

Enjoy the shops, restaurants, and attractions of John' Pass Village 
and Boardwalk, one of the Gulf Coast's outstanding tourist 
destinations, a five minute walk away. Here you'll also find boat 
and personal watercraft rentals, sightseeing and sunset cruises, 
deep sea fishing, casino boat cruises, and more.
The resort is located approximately 30 minutes from Tampa 
International Airport.
Walt Disney World and Universal Studios are an hour and a half away.
30 minutes from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island Water park.
Downtown Tampa, with entertainment venues like Ybor City, Baywalk, 
and Channelside, is a half hour away.
Close to downtown St. Petersburg with its popular PIER attraction, 
and more shops and restaurants.
Additional activities nearby: golf, cinemas, professional sports  
(baseball, hockey, basketball), and countless dining and shopping 
options.
