Just one mile south of Dunlawton in the No Drive Zone of the beach.

This unit has 2 full baths, living room, seperate dining room, and a 
full kitchen.  Well over 1500 Sq ft. of living area.

Why rent a hotel room when you can have this great oceanfront 
building with this 3 bedroom southern exposure condo from us for 
possibly less.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This unit sleeps up to 7 in comfort.\

Beds are queen, queen, 2 twins, and a cot in the large walk in.

There is a elevator to sweep you to your 3rd floor unit.

The unit is complete with full kitchen, dishes, pots & pans, linens, 
washer and dryer.  2 TV's and VCR.

There is a large oceanfront swimming pool with picnic tables and 
lounge furniture for your use.  Sorry, no grilling.

Private under cover reserved parking.

Vacation Rental Rates

Internet Special rate of $849 plus tax per week is available during 
the off season and is available only by e-mail.
Dates:  August 16-Dec 20, 2008. 
Holidays and Special events are not included.

Off Season:  by phone $950 per week plus tax.

In Season:  $1300 per week plus tax.

Special events and holidays are higher.

Check in time is 2PM on date of arrival.

Check out time is 10AM date of departure.

$200 deposit required to confirm reservation.

Balance of payment due 45 days prior to arrival.

Personal checks drawn on US banks accepted.

Departure cleaning fee is included in the rent.

No other charges except for the 12 1/2% sales tax.

This unit is classified as a resort condominium as defined in section 
509.242 FS, and has obtained a group or collective license pursuant 
to section 509.251, FS, prior to commencing operation.
