The Pinellas  County Recreational Trail,stretching 47 miles (76  km)  
from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Springs, provides a  wonderful place  
for walkers, bikers, joggers and  skaters to strut their 
stuff.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates:  Rates are $120 to $160 nightly with a 3 night minimum.  The  
longer the stay, the lower the rate. 
 
Deposit: A deposit of $200 for 2 weeks or less and $400 for 3 weeks  
or longer must be received within 10 days of making reservation.  
VISA/MC/Discover/American Express, travelers checks, cashiers checks  
and money orders accepted. Full payment is due 15 days prior to  
arrival. Cleaning fees and taxes will be added to rental rates.  
 
Cancellations: 30-day cancellation notice is required for a full  
refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are non- 
refundable.  
 
Check-In / Check Out: Check-in is 3:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00  
p.m., contact us at least one week prior to arrival to arrange for a  
late check-in. Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m. $50.00 late check  
out fee.  
 
3 night minimum  
Taxes are 7% sales & 5% resort  
Changes or modifications may be subject to $25.00 fee.  
There will be no refunds for early departures.  
No boats or trailers may be parked on the property!  
No pets allowed.
