Vacation Rental Description

Ekali Estate, seven acres by the Sea of Abaco.  Three luxurious 
properties, well appointed.  Private bay, 340 ft sea frontage, easy 
access to beautiful swimming/snorkelling in front of the property.  
Glorious views/sunsets. Fruit orchards which guests are welcome to 
enjoy.  Main House furnished in the English tradition tudor style, 
50 ft from the sea. 3,000 sq. ft. home including Guest Quarters.  
Very large, cool stone house ideal for family reunions or just for 
small groups.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully airconditioned with central air, fans in every room, large 
covered verandah, gourmet kitchens with modern appliances, 
microwave,dishwasher, cuisinart mixer, toaster, coffeemaker, 
telephone, Cable TV, CD and tape player, video player, well stocked 
library. Computer for email with connection to the internet. 
Auxiliary standby generator. Brand new private 60 ft dock to keep 
your rental boat free of charge except if water and electricty are 
required.  Two grocery stores and liquor store 3 minutes from home. 
(One grocery store open on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.) 

Activities and Attractions

Beautiful swimming in front of property or just fishing off the 
large dock. Exploring nearby beaches by boat,(take picnics).  Tahiti 
beach less than 5 minutes by boat.  Atlantic beach 3 minutes by golf 
cart. Cycling, waterskiing,(waterskiis at property), diving, 
beachcombing, surfing, swimming/snorkelling or reading from our 
extensive library. You can also follow our tarmacadam driveway by 
golf cart to nearby village of Hopetown for shopping and 
restaurants. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Ekali Main House 1-2 persons $2,200 p.w., 3-4 persons $2,600 p.w.,
5-6 persons $2,900 p.w.

Guest Quarters 1-4 persons $1,600 p.w.

15% discount September-December except Thanksgiving and Christmas
