 The entire 3rd floor is the master suite featuring king size bed overlooking the ocean. 
Two balconies, jacuzzi tub, walk in double head shower. Ideally located right on first 
street, go out the door to first street and you are on the beutiful ocean, and steps to the pier, 
restaurants, shops, nightclubs. 20 mins. to downtown Jacksonville, 5 mins. to Ponte Vedra, 
5 mins. to Atlantic Beach, 40 mins. to St Augustine, 2 hours to Orlando. Accross the street 
from the Casa Marina Hotel.
There is a beautiful paved yard with hammock, table and chairs, grilll, and outdoor hot/
cold shower for rinsing off after the beach.
 Brides: Intimate ocean sunset wedding, just walk outside your door! (Guests can stay in 
vacation home or hotel accross the street)

Vacation Rental Rates

$295 per night, $1650 per week, $6000 per month, 13% tax
Maid fee: $120 per stay.
check in time 3pm check out time 11am.
