Come and enjoy this wonderful Cottage and its serene view of Lake 
Emory and the Smoky Mountains all from the comfort of the cottage 
deck. Property backs up to Pigsah National Forest Wildlife Reserve 
and is home to many birds.  This 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage is only 3 
miles from town and a short distance from the all the spectacular 
activities Franklin has to offer. 

Cottage is fully equipped with all your vacation needs.

Smoky Mountain National Park, Highlands Town, Dillsboro Town, 
White Water Rafting in the Nantahala, Cherokee, Mountain Biking, Atv.

 

Vacation Rental Rates

 
Weekly Rate $475
Daily Rate $75 (3 night minimum)
Monthly Rate $1500 (discounted for extended stay)

Security Deposit Fee $100. This will be due within 7 days of 
reservation and will be refunded after cottage is cleaned and 
inspected (7 to 10 days).

Rental fee will be due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

100% Refund for cancellations with 30 days notice.
