Vacation Rental Description
Beautiful three story house on Oak Point Golf Course ( a Kiawah
course) in a gated community, only a 5 minute drive from the beach,
Kiawah,Seabrook Islands and Mullet Hall. Also, a 25 minute drive
to downtown Charleston. The house is 3200 square feet with 3
bedrooms, each with a full bath. The master suite is on the main
level. There is a family room, sun-room, formal dining room and an
eat in kitchen with a cooking island and eating bar area. The
enclosed three car garage on the 1st level has an elevator going to
all three floors. Enjoy the views of the golf course and large lagoon
from just about every room in the house and the decks off the second
and third level! Shopping, restaurants and
marina within a 5 minute drive. We are pet friendly.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Hot tub on deck ( seats at least 6 people), community pool, tennis
courts, excercise room, clubhouse at pool and at golf club with a
restaurant and crabbing dock. Kiawah Island is the
home of the 2007 senior PGA and 2012 PGA Tours.
Activities and Attractions
Golf at Oak Point and the 5 Kiawah world class courses,horse stables,
boating, fishing, swimming, hiking and biking and anything else you
would like to do except snow skiing. Go sight seeing and on shopping
trips in historic Charleston. There are RiverDog baseball games and
ice skating in Charleston, even in the summer.
