Beautifully decorated and very comfortable, this three story vacation resort home is ideally situated
on the Oak Point Golf Course ( a Kiawah course) in a gated community, only a 5 minute drive to the
beach, Kiawah and Seabrook Islands, Mullet Hall and Bohicket Marina. Also, it is a 25 minute drive
to downtown historic Charleston. Built in 2005 and encompassing 3200 square feet, it has 3
bedrooms each with a full bath, walk in closet, king size bed and cable TV with remote. The master
suite is on the main level and opens onto a deck with a hot tub. There is a family room, sun-room,
formal dining room and an eat in kitchen with a cooking island and eating bar area. The enclosed
three car garage on the 1st level has an elevator going to all three floors. Enjoy the views of the
golf course and large lagoon from just about every room in the house and the decks off the second and
third level! Shopping and fine restaurants are within a 5 minute drive. We are pet friendly. More
pictures can be emailed. Fine linens, towels, dishes and toiletries are included. There is a laundry room
with a washer, dryer and detergent. Gourmet coffee, tea and popcorn is also provided with your stay.

ice skating in Charleston, even in the summer.
