Vacation Rental Description

Relax in privacy in the Artist's cottage guest house by the pool in 
a serine courtyard setting.  You are greeted by the site and sound 
of the angel fountain just outside the screened courtyard.  The 
cottage is minutes to the beach, boat docks and ramp as well as 
shopping and resturants. Bikes available for your use.
Walk or bike to beaches shops and resturants.
Use  the jacuzzi on the back patio looking out on the natural 
Florida preserve.  Shuttle service to and from Airports can be 
arranged at additional costs.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full size bed with all linnens provided.  A 42" big screen tv 
equipted with HBO cable, DVD, CD stereo along with wireless internet 
service provided.  Kitchen features a full size refrigerator and 
microwave and appartment size stove and oven.  Bath has large walk 
in shower.  the screened Courtyard  has many areas to relax, eat and 
snooze.  The back patio offers a large jacuzzi for your private use.
Lounge by the pool and use the grill to cook out in style.  

Activities and Attractions

Jonathan Dickenson State park just 6 miles down US1.  
Kayak off our boat docks or rent kayaks at the park.
Overnite boat parking on the community docks permitted for one nite 
at a time.
Bikes provided for your use.
Walk to the park around the corner or just down to our community 
docks to enjoy fishing or bird watching.

Vacation Rental Rates

$125 per day June through October
$800 per week June through October

$150 per day November through May
$1000 per Week November through May

Extended stay will be based on availability.   Contact directly to
