White Tail Ranch - Helmville Cabin in Ovando

The Helmville Cabin, built in the late 1800’s, was recently
relocated to the White Tail Ranch. Renovation is now complete,
resulting in a comfortable retreat for your family and friends.

This private retreat includes: a 4 bedrooms/2 baths cabin,
kitchen, sunroom, deck and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The
Helmville Cabin can accommodate up to 10 people. We can also
accommodate guests traveling with their horses, so let us know if
you want to bring them along.

We are nestled at the southern edge of the Bob Marshall
Wilderness where the Lolo and Helena Forest meet. The White Tail
Ranch / Helmville Cabin is located one hour east of
Missoula and 12 miles east of the town of Ovando.

The Helmville Cabin is fully equipped with all the amenities to make
your stay as comfortable as possible.

The kitchen is fully equiped with all the amenities, Blender, Coffee
Maker, Oven, Refigerator, Toaster, Microwave and Dishwasher.

The living room has comfortable seating for 10 and a cozy fireplace.
A casual dining area, a sunroom which also has a table and chairs
for 4, great location for morning coffee or a game of cards at the
end of the day.

The Cabin has 4 Bedrooms, a master suite with 1 king size bed
located upstairs, the 2nd bedroom/loft has 2 queen size
beds, the 3rd bedroom has 1 full size bed and the 4th bedroom has 2
twin beds. Comfortable sheets, pillows and blankets provided.

Two bathrooms, 1 full bathroom upstair located in the master bedroom
has a toilet,tub/shower unit and wash basin. 2nd bathroom is a full
bathroom located downstairs it has a toilet, shower only and wash
basin. All the towels are provided.

Washer & Dryer: located upstairs.

BBQ, picnic tables, chairs on the deck for viewing the spectacular
sunsets.

Barn & corral available for horses

The outdoor opportunities are endless, the location of this cabin is
what makes this a paradise vacation.

You have access to 3 national parks, the Scape Goat, the Lolo and
the Helena National Parks ideal for horseback riding, hiking,
mountain bike riding and waterfall hikes. With the endless trails
that surround the property you are bound to see the beauty of the
Blackfoot Valley.

Fishing, canoeing and swimming at nearby Coopers Lake or relaxing by
the creek which runs through the property.

White river rafting and family float trips are just minutes away.

Sight seeing, local area antiquing and scenic drives.

This is truly a photographers dream with beatiful sunsets, big
skies, bird and wildlife viewing. You will understand why this area
is called one of the most beautiful valleys in Montana.

We are located equal distance between Glacier National Park and
Yellowstone National Park.

Fourth of July Parade, Lincoln & Helmville Rodeos (check local
schedules).

Price: $300/night,(minimum-2 nights/2 persons)

Add an additional $50.00 per person/per night for additional guest
up to 10 people maximum.

Children under 6 years of age are free.

Weekly: $1800.00 - $4200.00 longer stays are negotiable.

Horse accomodations available: $25.00 per night plus the cost of hay.

Montana accommodations tax- 7%
Cleaning fee: $350.00
Damage Deposit: $500.00.
50% deposit required at time of reservation.

Cancellation policy:
Deposit is 100% refundable if reservation canceled 60 days or more
prior to rental, 50% refundable if canceled 30-59 days prior, non-
refundable if canceled less than 30 days prior.
If we can make another reservation to take your place a Full Refund
will be given.
