Vacation Rental Description

Spyglass house is a contemporary styled 2000 square foot 3 bedroom,  
2-bath home in the beautiful Bodega Harbour area of Bodega Bay.  
 
Situated on the first fairway of the public Robert Trent Jones  
designed Harbour golf course, Spyglass House has panoramic and  
unobstructed views of Bodega Bay, Bodega Head, Point Reyes and  
Tomales Bay through the sliding glass doors of the living room and  
dramatic white water views of Bodega Harbor and Doran Beach from the  
west facing windows of the house.  
 
Located on the far western loop of Gull Drive, Spyglass is one of  
the very few homes in the entire Harbour development that is within  
easy walking distance to the Harbour clubhouse and restaurant, the  
first tee of the golf course and to the beach. The 9th hole of the  
course is across Gull Drive from the house.  
 
Spyglass House features a 2-car garage, decks out the south and west  
sides of the house and a small patio out the back where a 4-person  
hot tub and barbeque are located. The house is equipped with two  
fire view wood stoves, one in the master suite, and the other in the  
living room. 
 
GREAT ROOM/DINING/KITCHEN AREA 
 
The great room has tile flooring with area rugs and is tastefully  
furnished with over stuffed sofas and chairs, pine bookshelf and  
entertainment center with cable TV and DVD and has its own decks  
outside the south and west sliding glass doors. A large fire view  
fireplace occupies the southwest corner of the home. A vintage oak  
dining table and side boy easily seats 6 people. The kitchen is  
fully equipped and has a Jenaire electric stove and oven,  
dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. 
 
BEDROOMS- 
 
Master Suite#1: This bedroom has a king size bed and its own private  
bath with antique claw foot bathtub, large shower and walk in  
closet. It is equipped with pull out sofa the can sleep 2 people.  
The bedroom has its own fire view wood stove and has spectacular  
views of the bay and ocean from the south windows and whitewater  
views of the entire Doran Beach from the west window and private  
deck. 
 
Master Bedroom#2: This bedroom has a king size bed with walk in  
closet and has views of Doran Beach and the golf course to the west.  
It has access to its own deck out a private door to the outside. The  
bathroom for this bedroom is across the hallway. This bathroom also  
accesses the patio where the hot tub is located thru its own sliding  
glass door. 
 
Bedroom#2: The bedroom has a king sized bed with views of Doran  
Beach and the golf course to the west. 
 
Spyglass House is located adjacent to and south of the 1st fairway  
of the Harbour golf course and is, therefore, one of the very few  
homes in the entire development within short walking distance of the  
Harbour clubhouse and restaurant and the beach. An adjacent golf  
cart path to the clubhouse is the only path to the clubhouse  
authorized for pedestrian usage; otherwise all golfers and people  
wanting to go to the clubhouse or restaurant have to drive all the  
way back up to Heron Drive and around the golf course to get there.  
This same path takes you to the beach beyond the clubhouse. A  
practice putting green by the 1st tee is also available to anyone  
using Spyglass house. Otherwise, a number of hiking trails exist in  
the development including the famous Pyramid Rock Trail recently  
featured in Sunset Magazine.

Monday-Thursday .. $300/night. 
Friday-Saturday .. $350/night. 
4-6 nights stay, take $25 off nightly rate. 
7 or more nights stay, take $50 off nightly rate. 
There is a two night minimum stay and three night minimum on  
holidays. 
During the off season (November-March), special rates may apply and  
minimums 
may be waived.
