April - September: $1,200 for the first week, $120.00 for each 
additional day. 
 
October - March: $1,000 for the first week, $100 for each additional day. 
 
$75.00 parking fee. 
 
A down payment of 25% is required to hold your reservation, the 
balance plus refundable security and key deposits must be paid before 
your arrival to Villefranche. 
 
Security deposit: $200  
Key, electronic gate and door opener: $200
