Casa Tropical is in the nicest area in Puerto vallarta, Conchas
Chinas about a mile and half from downtown, south close to
transportation, so you do not need a car, but there is off street
parking. Upon going through the iron gate you come upon the pool and
patio with built in barbeque, lounge chairs umbrella table and chairs.
if you go up 7 chairs to the pelicans perch there is another patio
with plants table and chairs and lounge chairs, from there there is
180` view. Casa tropical is very nicely decorated with beautiful
hand loomed rugs over wonderful mexican tile floors. The living room
dining room bedrooms patios all have ocean views. The kitchen has all
the modern conviences, a large frig, pure water, gas stove, disposal,
coffee maker, toaster microwave, toaster oven, the maid is the dish
washer. There is a breakfast bar seperating the living room from the
kitchen in a open floor plan. The living room has oversized
comfortable sofas and chairs, many oil paintings, plants, local folk
art and colonial antique furniture. The dining area has seating for
6. Off the living room is a huge patio facing the ocean with built in
barbeque lounge chairs, sun shades, table and chairs. The bedrooms
all have kingsize beds, large closets, patios. They are nicely
decorated with paintings, rugs, hand loomed bed spreads made in oacaxa
colonial antique dressers, Plenty of light if you like to read in bed.
Over head fans and air conditioning. The 2 bathrooms both have
showers aand one has a bathtub. They also have beautiful tile
counters and floors. There is a long hall seperating the bedrooms.
There is another patio off the kitchen with a hammock, table, chairs
umbrella and lounge chairs to watch the love boats go by and the city
lights at night. A houseman lives on the property and sees to you
every need.
