Vacation Rental Description

Casa jarden has great ocean views from just about every room, in the 
beautiful area of conchas chinas, just a mile and a half from 
downtown and 3 blocks to the beach. Of course there are lots of find 
beaches, Los Meurtos beach very easy to walk to along the beach path.
There you will find some of the best restaurants in the city.  Lots 
of shops, markets. Casa Jarden has 2 large bedrooms with kingsize 
beds large closets and very nice patios off the bedrooms with lounge 
chairs. The bathrooms are all done in beautiful tile on the floor and
counters. Both hsve showers and one has a bahttub. The bedrooms are 
seperated by a long hall. The living room is spacious with over sized 
sofas and comfortable chairs. Beautiful hand loomed area rugs over 
tile floors. Decorated with lots of paintings, local folk art, plants
and colonial antiques. The dining room is also spacious and can seat 
up to 8 persons. there is a patio off the living room to watch the 
boats go by and the city lights at night. There is another patio 
between the bedrooms and living quarters with a table, chairs, lounge 
chairs umbrella. just perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. The 
kitchen has everything you could want, large frig, gas stove, 
disposal,microwave, coffee pot, toaster, toaster oven, pure water, 
lots of nice dishes and pots and pans. There is a bar with bar stools 
so you can talk to he cook.  This casa is light and airy with lots of 
charm. The pool is out side you door and has nice outdoor furniture, 
table chairs, umbrella, lounge chairs. There is also a built in 
barbeque.
And of course the great ocean view.
