Reservations are taken on a first come basis and availability.  Please, understand, that rates are subject to change based on demand, holidays, and events in the desert.  Therefore, the sooner the reservation is booked the better the rates are likely to be.

A Refundable Security Deposit from the Renter will be deposited into Owner's account and returned to the Renter shortly after vacating as per the terms of the Rental Agreement.

A one time charge for professionally cleaning the Condo immediately after the Renter vacates as per the terms of the Rental Agreement.

A up front Reservation Fee is required to hold the requested dates which is non-refundable, but will be applied toward the rent as per the terms of the Rental Agreement.

The City of Indian Wells requires Landlords of Vacation Rental Properties in the City of Indian Wells to collect from Vacationers who rent for less than 30 days a Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT)of 11.25% of the rent.

This is a non-smoking unit.

A small pet will be considered on a case by case basis.
