Vacation Rental Description

Siesta Key Beach Cottage is located on a quiet road that sits among  
lush tropical trees.  There is a side yard that is fenced in for  
children to play or pets to roam.  The large back yard overlooks the  
calm grand canal waterway. Master bedroom opens up to the screened  
pool area and boat dock.  Master bedroom has queen size bed, full bed  
in guestroom, and queen size sleeper in living room.

Vacation Rental Amenities

TV in every room.  Heated Pool, Fenced in Yard, Washer and Dryer,  
Covered Parking, and the Largest Back Yard you can find on the Key.   
Minutes from the beaches and the village.  Kayak, canoe, bikes, pool  
floats.  Gas grill, cable, and telephone.

Activities and Attractions

Beautiful Siesta Key beach is just down the road.  There is lots to  
do and see.  Take a bike ride down to the Siesta Key Village which  
offers nightlife and restaurants.   
 
If you care to wonder off the key, head to St. Armands circle for  
window shopping, dining, or entertainment. 
 
Downtown you will find more shopping, museums, and theaters.   
 
You can find many things to do, or just sit and relax.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2,800 per month* 
$1,200 per week* 
 
plus state and local taxes when applicable 
 
$500 security deposit** down at booking 
Balance due thirty days prior to arrival 
$50 extra per week for pets, $200 for the month 
 
*Rates are good thru 2008 
**Completely refundable if you cancel 60 days prior.
