Vacation Rental Description

Fully furnished guest apartment one block from the beach.  Fifteen minutes from LAX, 25 
minutes from Hollywood.  We are located on a quiet, vehicles-prohibited walk street in a 
neighborhood with many restaurants, bike and skate rental shops and other retail stores. 
The 
apartment is 770 square feet: a large living dining area with a foldout queen-sized sofa, 
a 
bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bathroom with a full-sized tub/shower, and a modern, 
fully equipped kitchen.

Activities and Attractions

All the usual activities you find at the beach as well as a fishing pier around the 
corner.  Also 
around the corner are many restaurants, coffee shops, and other retail stores.  An easy 
walk 
north to the center of the vibrant Venice Boardwalk, alive with street 
performers and shoppers.  About a mile further north and you arrive at the Santa Monica 
Amusement Pier.  If you are into more strenuous exercise than walking, there are lots of 
gyms nearby.
