six NY (short) blocks to Lincoln Center and several blocks to  
the "Fairway market" and world famous "Zabars". We are located on  
71st and Broadway  1/2 block to the 72nd Street subway. This is where  
1,2,3 subway stops which means you can get anywhere in town in  
minutes! Literally! Considered a AAA location.Ours is a beautiful  
designer furnished one bedroom one bath apartment with a new King  
size bed. This is non smoking only and best for a couple or at the  
most three people (we have a  queen size blow up bed) There is Air  
conditioning in all rooms,flat screen TV,wireless internet. Brite!

Vacation Rental Rates

$250.00 per night with a 7 day minimum. A security deposit equal to the amount of reserved days and  
a current credit report must be provided to owner prior to occupancy. Security deposit will be  
returned within 7 days after owner confirms the condition of the apartment.
