ATTENTION YOUNGER RENTERS: If you are not chaperoned by a parent, there is a minimum $1200 security
deposit. I am not in the habit of keeping people's deposits, but I have to protect my investment.
Also, if any of
the other owners, tenants, or Wildwood Police complain, you will be immediately evicted. Please be
willing to
agree to these rules before you contact me.

$275per day, $1400per week, $5000 per month. Groups, $1800 per week, $600 per month.
Rates negotiable depending on the size of your group. Security
deposit required, will be returned promptly. Family Special! Families of six or less, $1200 per
week, including all major holidays!
