Vacation Rental Description

This lovely 1930's knotty pine ocean view cabin is located right in the heart of Oceanside. Only a  
few minutes walk to the beach, this cabin comes with a fully supplied kitchen with stove, microwave,  
fridge, large living room, dining room, and comes with phone, stereo with CD player and Ipod hookup,  
washer and dryer, and barbeque grill.  
It has a 32" flat screen HDTV with satellite dish and DVD player to relax during those blustery days. 
The large deck has a wonderful partial ocean view, a great view of Cape Lookout (shown below) and a  
peak view of the Arch Capes. Kids are very welcome here with games, toys and beach toys. We have a  
burley trailer that has been used to cart the smaller kids down to the beach. It is great for a  
family and sleeps up to 6 comfortably.  
 
It is a very cozy 800 square foot cabin to stay in front of the wood fireplace. The back bedroom has  
a queen sized bed, the second small bedroom has a double bed and the third small bedroom has a double  
sized bunk bed.  
Unique tree-deck in a Sitka spruce tree with a unobstructed ocean view (use is at renter's risk)

Vacation Rental Rates

2 night min stay, $100 Sunday through Thursday nights Sept 15th through May 31st 2008 ( except major  
holidays, spring break). $130 weekend nights and Spring break- Sept 15th- May 31st. $150/night Holiday  
weekends and June thru Sept 15th. 
 
All stays plus $45 cleaning fee. We cover lodging tax 
Pet fee $25 per stay assuming pets are trained not to climb on furniture and beds.
