Vacation Rental Amenities

This large gated community has an extensive town center within  
walking distance which features a restaurant/deli, large free form  
heated pool and lap pool, lighted clay tennis courts, fitness  
center, library with computers, gas station, regularly scheduled  
events and clubs for all ages, walking and bicycle paths throughout  
and much more.  Enjoy our resident American Bald Eagle family living  
in our community preserve along with a wide array of Florida  
wildlife including Sand Hill Cranes, egrets, herons and other  
wildlife species.

At home enjoy the extensive menu of community amenities including  
tennis, personal fitness, bird watching, bicyling, cocktail parties,

Number 2 Florida rated Siesta Key Beach is only about 10 minutes  
away with its world famouns white sand beaches.  Siesta Beach

Vacation Rental Rates

January to April $3,000 per month. 
All other months normally $1,900 to $2,200 per month depending on length of  
stay.  2008 Special offer from June to December, any 4 month period now only $1,600 per month. 4  
month minimum booking required. 
 
Other fees: 
$100 homeowner association application fee. 
$50 vehicle bar code pass ($25 refundable upon return) 
$50 fitness center key deposit (fully refundable upon return) 
$75 cleaning fee. 
 
Includes all utilities except long distance calls. 
 
A 50% security deposit is required at time of booking to hold your  
reservation.  Balance of payment due 30 days prior to arrival.  10%  
Florida Tourist Tax applies.  All funds should be in U.S. secured  
currency. 
 
$600 damage/loss deposit is required and will be returned to you within 21  
days upon final inspection of home.  Tenant is responsible for  
keeping the premises in like new condition. 
 
Cancellation:  For Cancellations of more than 30 days prior to  
arrival there is a $150 fee.  There are no refunds for cancellations  
30 days or less prior to occupancy.
