January to April in-season $3,000 per month.
All other months normally $1,900 to $2,800 per month depending on length of
stay. 2011 Special offer - Any 4 month or longer stay from May throuth December, now only $1,800 per month. Extended, relocation and yearly stays also welcome (contact for rate). 4 month minimum stay required per community HOA. Utilities included.
Other fees:
$100 homeowner association application fee.
$50 vehicle bar code pass ($25 refundable upon return)
$50 fitness center key deposit (fully refundable upon return)
$85 cleaning fee.
One month security/damage/loss deposit is required at time of booking to hold your
reservation. Balance of payment due 60 days prior to arrival. 12%
Florida Tourist Tax applies. All funds should be in U.S. secured
currency.
One month security/damage/loss deposit will be returned to you within 21
days upon final inspection of home. Tenant is responsible for
keeping the premises in like new condition. Cancellation subject to $150 fee. There are no refunds for cancellations 60 days or less prior to occupancy.
