A log cabin retreat in the high country is the perfect family getaway where the average temperatures are in the 70's.? It's just a ninety minute drive from Phoenix. Located at Munds Park in Coconino National Forest you are less than 20 minutes from downtown Flagstaff and 45 minutes from breath taking sights of Sedona.

Exceptional amenities separate this cozy three-bedroom, two-bath
mountain retreat from other cabins nearby. All you need is to bring
your food and beverages and you are all set. Prefer not to cook
there are two local restaurants within a mile.

When you're not hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, riding your ATV’s
or enjoying all the things to do in the forest, you can entertain
yourself with Dish Network TV, VCR, DVD, a variety of movies to
choose from, wireless internet, selection of board games, and a good
book. Or just relaxing in the over-sized hammock on your front deck
underneath the big pine tree. At night enjoy sitting around the gas
light fire pit roasting marshmallows and gazing at the million stars
above.

Our cabin is a fully equipped kitchen, including microwave oven,
coffee pot, full size refrigerator, stove, oven, and cooking
utensils. So, whether you want to enjoy an early morning cup of
coffee on the porch, fix a picnic lunch, or prepare a romantic
dinner, you will find what you need.

Rates:

$186 a night up to four people non-holiday rate with a two night
minimum.
Holidays require a 3 night minimum rental at $208 a night up to four
people.
Rates are in $US
and are subject to change without notice.

Policies:

Two night minimum stay. Exception: Holidays 3 night minimum. Premium
rates apply during Holidays *$208 Per night up to four people
*Holidays are: New Years, Easter, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving & Christmas.
NO smoking. Tenant is responsible for routine cleaning up of cabin
upon departure. Renters pay a $75 cleaning fee or $100 for staying
five or more days. Renters of 5 to 6 people pay additional $20 per
person per night.

Deposits:

$500 refundable deposit required. 50% deposit required to hold
reservation. Second 50% due within 30 days of reservation. If
booking less than 30 days in advance, the entire amount is due to
hold reservation.

Refunds:

If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before stay a 100%
refund will be applied, minus $50 processing fee. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days
before stay, no refund will be issued unless another contract can be
signed for that same period.
