Oct. Specials- Oct. 22 & 23 - $40/night &  Oct. 27-31 - $70/night. 
 
Come stay with us in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. We are located just 3.5 miles from downtown  
Gatlinburg, which is approximately 10 minutes from downtown. You can stay away from it all in the  
mountains, and still be close to all the action in town. Stay 5 nights or more and we will waive the  
$45 cleaning fee. Stay 6 nights and the 7th night is free. 
 
New owners of 2 Bedroom/2 Full Bath Condo with mountain and pool  
views. Queen sleeper sofa, wireless internet, 3 TV's with cable - 1 flat-screen in master bedroom   
and 2 DVD/VCR Combos.  
Fireplace, 2 balconies, fully-equipped kitchen. Just steps away from  
the indoor and outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs, and sauna.

January-February             $50.00/night + tax     $300/week + tax 
March-May                    $70.00/night + tax     $420/week + tax 
June-August                  $90.00/night + tax     $540/week + tax 
September                    $70.00/night + tax     $420/week + tax 
October                      $90.00/night + tax     $540/week + tax 
November-December            $70.00/night + tax     $420/week + tax 
Holiday Weeks/Weekends       $20.00/night added to rate 
 
  
 
Stay 6 nights and the 7th night is FREE.                    
 
2 Night Minumum stay required. 
 
Taxes are 12.5% 
 
Cleaning fee of $45 will be waived on stays of 5 nights or more  
unless noted in special. 
 
$100.00 deposit required within 72 hours of the reservation by  
credit card or check. Balance must be paid by 2 weeks prior to  
arrival. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.
