Vacation Rental Description

This great condo (only 3 in building) is just a quick 2 minute walk  
from Whale View Point. This section of ocean is wide open set up on 
cliffs with tidal pools, and sandy beaches below.  Surfers grace the 
horizon everyday along with seals, sea lions, dolphins and many 
varieties of birds.
 The condo has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a miracle foam 
posturdedic king mattress and a tv with cable.  The master bath is 
large with a walk in closet and dressing area.
   The second bedroom has a queen bed and very euorpean style 
bathroom next to it.The third bedroom has a queen size sofa bed and office space.

    The livingroom, diningroom and kitchen area all face the ocean 
with beautiful views of the sunsets. A fireplace area holds a wood 
burning fire place with a 42' plasma wall mounted hd tv with 
surround sound and cable. The unit has internet and a phone for use. 
The kitchen is a great place to cook while watching the ocean. All 
modern appliances and fully equipped for all cooking needs. 
There is a parking spot underground with a working elevator. 

  There are only 3 units in the buiding. This is the first floor. The second floor is the same 
layout and is also a vacation rental with a great deck.
The neighborhood is quiet, and great for walking. The village is 
only 3 blocks away and the villages' biggest park is just one block 
away.

Elevator,  3 tvs, Ipod dock station,wireless internet, under ground 
parking, off street parking,coffee grinder, toaster, baking pans, 
wonderfully thick towels, top of the line sheets and 
mattresses .Washer and dryer also in unit. Boogie boards, beach 
chairs, and beach towels.
