varieties of birds.
The condo has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a miracle foam
posturdedic king mattress and a tv with cable. The master bath is
large with a walk in closet and dressing area.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and very euorpean style
bathroom next to it.The third bedroom has a queen size sofa bed and office space.

The livingroom, diningroom and kitchen area all face the ocean
with beautiful views of the sunsets. A fireplace area holds a wood
burning fire place with a 42' plasma wall mounted hd tv with
surround sound and cable. The unit has internet and a phone for use.
The kitchen is a great place to cook while watching the ocean. All
modern appliances and fully equipped for all cooking needs.
There is a parking spot underground with a working elevator.

There are only 3 units in the buiding. This is the first floor. The second floor is the same
layout and is also a vacation rental with a great deck.
The neighborhood is quiet, and great for walking. The village is
only 3 blocks away and the villages' biggest park is just one block
away.
