Waterfront Home on INTRACOASTAL & BEACH in St Pete Beach

This amazing new home has everything! It is located directly on the
Intracoastal Waterway and is across the street from the beautiful
white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Located in the heart of
historic Pass-a-grille, you can fish from the private dock, swim in
the private heated swimming pool, or walk one block to private Pass-a-grille Beach. Golf, tennis, spas and shopping are all within walking distance or a local trolley ride away. The area has a constant flow of cultural activities as well. Beach concerts, art festivals, firework displays and more are always on the local calendar.

The famous Don Cesar Beach Resort glows pink in the night as part of
the amazing skyline that is visible from the many balconies of this
four story home. There are four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a
loft and a gameroom with TV, air hockey and ping-pong. The gourmet
kitchen is fully stocked and the bedrooms all have new pillow-top
beds for the most comfortable sleep possible.

The interior amenities include a master bedroom with a king size
bed, 37" flat screen TV, private balcony, and private bathroom suite with a
whirlpool tub. The over-sized main floor bedroom has a queen size bed, 32" flatscreen TV and a private balcony. The other two bedrooms include a full size bed in one and two twin beds in the other. They both have flat screen TV's as well. The family room has a comfortable oversized sectional sofa, 48" flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace and a large balcony with a waterfront view of the pool, dock and lush tropical landscape. The fourth floor is private enough for guests to sleep. It has a sofa/futon that opens to a full size bed, large
flat screen TV with built-in DVD player, and full wet bar. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, wine cooler, icemaker, microwave and warming drawer. There is an indoor laundry room and the ground floor has a deluxe queen futon and half bath at poolside. The flooring is travertine and solid brazilian cherry throughout.

The exterior amenities include a beautiful dock perfect for fishing or docking your own boat with underwater lighting. The boat ramp is less than a mile away across the street from the Don Cesar. The heated private pool is perfect for a swim or just sitting and enjoying the view. There is also a gas grill. Across the street the beach is a block away. There is private parking or you can go anywhere within a short walk or on the trolley that passes right past the house. Neighborhood grocery, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, fishing pier and more are all less than a mile away so no car is necessary.

This central location is just 35 minutes from Tampa International
Airport and Raymond James Stadium. It is 45 minutes from Busch
Gardens and Adventure Island and about 90 minutes from Disney World.
The area is home to professional football, baseball and ice hockey.
World famous Fort Desoto National Park (rated one of the top ten
beaches nation wide) is a 10 minute drive or you can choose your own
experience from the seven miles of uninterrupted beach that St.
Petersburg has to offer. Pass-a-grille beach is mostly residential
and private. The beach fronting the Don Cesar is resort style with
rentals ranging from lounge chairs to skyrides and further down is
the public beach area where the teenagers love to hang out. One half
mile from the house is the Merry Pier where you can rent bikes, jet
skis, catch a boat shuttle to Shell Island or Egmont Key, or get
everything you need to go fishing. The Famous Don Cesar Hotel now has
an all new, full service spa open to the public just a short walk
away!
