Our home/cabin is located on 1.5 acres in the tall pines of Nutrioso
Arizona @ 7900 feet elevation and 8 miles from Alpine and 17 miles
from Springerville.
This newly constructed log sided 1860 sq ft cabin is a mountain lover's
delight. It sleeps 3 to 9 People. 2 story 2 huge bedrooms, loft, 2
baths,large kitchen, laundry area. The porch wraps around the whole house
giving you beautiful mountain views to the valley below. The home is
secluded for your friends and family giving you a wonderful stress free
vacation. Pay the full rental amount and cleaning fee at contract signing and receive a free night with your stay

Rates for HOLIDAYS are $200.00 a night email us for holiday pricing as
it may change periodically minimum of 3 nights
Reservations are held for 7 days from booking pending receipt of 50%
Deposit and cleaning fee of $125.00 Cleaning fee is not Refundable
Balance is due 20 days prior to arrival
No refunds on cancellations within 20 days of occupancy date
Pets ok with prior approval and a one time $50.00 per pet fee.
No Smoking allowed inside the premises
