This home is located off Enrique Drive on Chaparral Drive.

Amenities include free golf on 20 Executive golf courses. The 9+
Championship courses require a fee. There are 3 Olympic-size
swimming pools as well as 9 Adult pools and 5 Family pools, 2 smoke-
free 32 lane bowling alleys, 2 polo fields, 4 softball fields,
billiard tables, two 8 screen movie theatres, many excellent
restaurants, shopping areas, supermarkets, churches and nightly
entertainment on the 2 Town Squares, dancing, several tennis courts,
boccie, shuffleboard, etc. The Villages Regional Hospital as well as
medical services are also located in the community. The Villages has
it's own TV and Radio Stations as well as it's own daily Newspaper
and Chamber of Commerce.

We are located approximately 1 hour north of Orlando and all the
Disney attractions, including The Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM
Studios, Epcot, Sea World, Universal Studio's. etc. We are also
approximately 1 hour from Daytona Beach and The Daytona 500 Race

* Rent shall be paid two weeks IN ADVANCE of your check in date, if
paying by check; or you may pay
with cash, cashier's check or money order on your check- in date.
* 7% Florida Sales Tax and 4% tourist bed tax applied to total.
* $500.00 Reservation/Security Deposit.
* *There is a one time cleaning fee of $75 for 4 or less, more then
4 add an additional $20.00 that will be taken out of the security
deposit. The rest of the security deposit will be returned to you in
about 2 weeks after your departure date as long as the walk thru is
satisfied.
* The Villages charges a $50.00 fee for 2 Guest I.D.'s.
* If you bring a pet, there is a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee. Size
and breed restrictions apply.
* We are not set up to accept credit cards at this time.
