January-March 2009 is already booked. 
Lovely 3/2 ranch home in the Santo Domingo section of “The  
Villages”. This home is 1527 sq ft home has a King Size bed in the  
Master suite, the second bedroom has a full size bed, and the 3rd  
bedroom has 2 twin beds. Dining room table seats 6. Fully equipped  
kitchen. Florida room with sofa.  2 TV's, DVD Player, Linens &  
towels included. Screened Lanai with table & chairs. Screen doors on  
garage, BBQ grill, Washer & Dryer.  
This home is located off Enrique Drive on Chaparral Drive.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include free golf on 20 Executive golf courses. The 9+  
Championship courses require a fee. There are 3 Olympic-size  
swimming pools as well as 9 Adult pools and 5 Family pools, 2 smoke- 
free 32 lane bowling alleys, 2 polo fields, 4 softball fields,  
billiard tables, two 8 screen movie theatres, many excellent  
restaurants, shopping areas, supermarkets, churches and nightly  
entertainment on the 2 Town Squares, dancing, several tennis courts,  
boccie, shuffleboard, etc. The Villages Regional Hospital as well as  
medical services are also located in the community. The Villages has  
it's own TV and Radio Stations as well as it's own daily Newspaper  
and Chamber of Commerce.

Activities and Attractions

We are located approximately 1 hour north of Orlando and all the  
Disney attractions, including The Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM  
Studios, Epcot, Sea World, Universal Studio's. etc. We are also  
approximately 1 hour from Daytona Beach and The Daytona 500 Race  
Track. Market of Marion Flea Market only minutes away.

$ 750.00 per week (weekly available in April) plus tax 
 
April 2009 $2000.00/month plus tax 
 
May-October 2008-2009 
$1450.00 per month plus tax 
$ 600.00 per week plus tax 
$ 975.00 (2 week Summer Special) plus tax 
Daily & Week-end rentals available (3 night minimum) ($125 per night)

Nov-December 2008-2009 
$1775.00 per month plus tax 
$ 625.00 per week plus tax 
$1125.00 (2 week Holiday Special)plus tax 
Daily & Week-end rentals available (3 night minimum) ($140 per night)

* Rent shall be paid two weeks IN ADVANCE of your check in date, if paying by check; or you may pay  
with cash, cashier’s check or money order on your check- in date. 
* 7% Florida Sales Tax and 4% tourist bed tax applied to total. 
* $500.00 Reservation/Security Deposit. 
* There is a one time cleaning fee of $75.00 
* The Villages charge a $50.00 fee for 2 Guest I.D.'s. 
* If you bring a pet, there is a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee. Size  
and breed restrictions apply.  
* We are not set up to accept credit cards at this time.
