$200.00 per night, 2 night stay minimum.+ $65.00 cleaning rate
$800.00 per week + $65.00 cleaning rate
September through November Rates:
$225.00 per night, 2 night stay minimum. + $65.00 cleaning rate
$900.00 per week + $65.00 cleaning rate
$750.00 Columbus Day Weekend (3 Day)+ $65.00 cleaning rate
December Rates:
$225.00 per night, 3 night stay minimum.+ $65.00 cleaning rate
$1000.00 per week. + $65.00 cleaning rate
$1800.00 -xmas week + $65.00 cleaning rate

*50% Non-Refundable Deposit is due upon the return of contract.
*$200.00 Security Deposit. Security deposit will be returned within
two weeks of departure from Rental Property after inspection.
