Lovely 2 bedroom Villa located in "The Villas of Sherwood" off of
Legacy Lane close to Torri Pine and Oakleigh Golf Courses. This
charming Villa has a King Bed in the Master and a Queen Bed in the
guest bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with pots & pans, dishes,
glasses, small appliances, microwave, stove, dishwasher and
refridgerator. Dining Table for 4, plus 2 bar stools. The Living
room has a sofa, 2 chairs and entertainment center. 2 TV's included.
Washer & Dryer, Towels and Linens also included. Screened lania with
table and 4 chairs. Includes your own personal golf cart.

Amentites include free golf on 20 executive golf courses. The 9+
championship courses require a fee. There are 3 Olympic size
swimming pools, 9 Adult pools and 5 family pools. There are 2 smoke
free 32 lane bowling alleys, 2 polo fields, 4 softball fields,
billiard tables, two 8 screen movie theatres, many excellent
resturants, shopping, supermarkets, churches, nightly entertainment
on the 2 Town Squares, dancing, several tennis courts, boccie,
shuffleboard, etc. There is The Villages Regional Hospital as well
as many other medical services located in the community. The
Villages also has it's own TV & Radio stations as well as it's own
daily newspaper and Chamber of Commerce.

The Villages is located approximately 1 hour north of Orlando and
all the Disney attractions including The Magic Kingdom, Animal
Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios, SeaWorld, Universal Studio's, etc. We
are also approximately 1 hour to Daytonna Beach and the Daytonna 500
track.

*500.00 reservation/security deposit required.
*There is a one time cleaning fee of $100 for 4 or less, more then 4
add an addition $30.00 that will be taken out of the security
deposit. The rest of the security deposit will be returned to you in
about 2 weeks after your departure date as long as the walk thru is
satisfied.
*If you bring your pet we require a $150.00 nonrefundable fee.
Weight limits & breed restriction apply.
*The Villages charge a $50.00 fee for ID cards to use their
facilities.
*We are not able to accept credit cards.
