Fall foliage is a must see during September - October.
Take a drive around Winnisquam, train tour around Winnipesaukee, Mt.
Washington, Kancamagus Highway or just sit by your beach, deck.
Skiing at Gunstock, Gilford, NH. Gunstock boasts 1400 feet of
vertical, over 220 acres of skiing, spectacular views of the Lake
Winnipesaukee at every turn. This is an awesome family mountain and
has lots of winter activities. Only 10 minutes away.

Skiing at Cannon Mountain, DANBURY, NH. The ski area has a 1,250
foot vertical drop with nine ski lifts servicing 50 trails.

Winnisquam is a fully recreational lake. Bring or rent a ski-mobile
for the winter!!
Ice fishing, ice sailing and skating at your back door.
You can bring your own boat or rent locally. Plenty of local
activities like golf, driving range, mini golf, downtown shopping,
restaurants, supermarkets, local farms, ice cream parlors etc.

September-May weekly rates are $1200.(non-holiday/school vaca.)
School vacation/holiday weekly rates are $1500 per week.
Weekends are $450 (Friday-Sunday).
Holiday weekends are $650 (Friday-Monday)
June and August weeks are $2,000.
July weeks are $2,500. Jet ski rental additional.
Summer check in time is 3:00 PM on Saturday and
check out is 11:00 AM on the following Saturday. Please keep this
in mind when viewing the Calendar as the Calendar does not reflect
check in / check out times and will appear to be booked.
Security, $500 and Cleaning Fee $100.
Pets may increase the security deposit at the owner's discretion.
