You will love this home!
Enjoy a week of paradise! Your very own private home on a private
beach. No one above you or below you. Grill out or go out. You can
actually hear the ocean as you sleep. This is a great house for two
families or a vacation with grandparents or friends. Plenty of room
and a bed for everyone. A staircase inside and outside.
This Beautiful, oceanfront, beach house has been decorated with a real
beachy feel. We have a King and day-bed in the two bedrooms
upstairs. In the two bedrooms downstairs, we have a queen and a set
of twin beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably with good mattresses.
We have also included a game room with a pool table and TV
downstairs. The house has a total of three TVs with a HDTV in the
family room. Upstairs and downstairs each have their own washer and
dryer. We also have an upstairs and downstairs refrigerator. Outside
we have a private HOT & COLD shower to rinse off and an area to
hang your wet towels and bathing suits.
This home has a beautiful panoramic view. You can watch TV or read a
book or prepare dinner while watching the ocean roll. This home is
conveniently located just north of the Canaveral National Seashore
in the south part of New Smyrna beach. Our house has a small street
between the house and the sand dunes. Down on the beach there is NO
CARS ALLOWED.
Our neighborhood is very clean and uncrowded. This is great for
families!
We rent Jan-Dec $1800-$1950 per week, Saturday to Saturday during summer weeks. $3300 per month.
Rates may change at any time.
12.5% tax and cleaning fee is required.
$400 deposit to hold.
