Our lovely vacation home is located in the heart of the Paradise
Valley/Scottsdale area. It is a newly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath
condo. With it's stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and
beautiful berber carpeting, this is our treasure in the desert. The
unit is completely furnished, all you need to bring is yourself. We
offer full kitchen which includes refridgerator, microwave,
dishwasher, stove. We also include all of your cooking
needs...stainless steel pots and pans, toaster, blender, plates,
silverware, and glassware. The bedroom includes a queen size bed with
dresser storage and walk-in closet, along with a 20" TV with cable
channels. The bathroom offers granite countertops and full size tub/
shower, towels and linens are provided. The living room is decorated
beautifully with all of the finest touches. In the entertainment
center you will find a 32" flat screen TV, cable, and DVD player. The
balcony is located off of the living room and is a peaceful retreat
with a beautiful seating area.

Off Season: June-August $1000 monthly $250 weekly
Seasonal: September-October $1500 monthly $400 weekly
Peak Season: November-May $2000 monthly $500 weekly
$100 Non-Refundable Cleaning Cost for move-out
Refundable security deposit dependent on length of stay
All utilities are included, along with local phone and cable TV in
living room and bedroom.
Long-term rentals rates are also available.
