Vacation Rental Description

Siesta Key is ideal for extended family vacations and perfect for a 
group of friends. Relax while and enjoy the spectacular panoramic 180
degree views of the Gulf of Mexico over sea oats, sand dunes and the
broad sandy beach. 

This classic beach front home is right on the white sugary sands of 
the Gulf of Mexico. Not on the intercoastal, not just a view, but
right on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy balmy breezes and
spectacular views at this premium location on Crescent Beach.

The home has a vaulted ceiling great room (20'x39')which includes the
living room, dinning room and kitchen, all with beautiful views of 
the beach and gulf. Two large sets of sliding glass doors lead to the
covered screened porch (11'x39')with chairs and a table for relaxing.
When open, the doors completely and disappear from view letting the
beauty and balmy breezes in from the Gulf. With complete furnishings
and many amenities this house can accommodate up to 8 occupants, 
limitof 6 adults and 2 children, 12 or under. 

The house has 2 levels with 2 bedrooms, a loft, and 4 full bathrooms.

On the first level is the great room with living room, a dining area 
and a fully equipped kitchen including two wine coolers and a 
separate refreshment refrigerator. There are also 2 bedrooms, 2 recently
remodeled bathrooms, and a washer/dryer.

The staircase takes you up to the loft level with a sleep sofa and 2 
additional bathrooms.

Outside, in the private yard, there is a picnic table, a covered 
porch with table and lounge chairs. There is private parking for 4 
cars. 

Just south, Siesta Beach provides lifeguards for your protection or 
you can walk up the beach and find a private spot to enjoy the sand 
and surf. At the opposite end of Siesta Beach there are volleyball 
nets, two lighted tennis courts and a playground, close enough to be 
convenient but far away enough not to disturb.

On Sunday evenings stroll down to the drum circle and enjoy the 
festivities. Any evening, walk up the beach at sunset to the village 
and enjoy a meal in one of the various delightful restaurants or an 
ice cream cone at Big Oalf’s. On the 4th of July watch the fireworks 
on Siesta Beach right form the home.

Locally you will find Mote Marine, The Pelican Man, G-Wiz, St. 
Armands Circle, boat rentals, deep sea fishing and much more. You’ll 
be just a two hour drive to Disney World, MGM Studios, Universal 
Studio theme parks and a 75 minute drive to Busch Gardens.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Free High Speed Internet, bring your laptop if you want to
keep in touch. Other amenities include 61” TV, 7.1 surround sound
system, 2 additional TVs, 2 DVD players, CD/mp3 player, appliances
including washer and dryer, furniture, beds, beds linens and towels.
Propane grill, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and children's
sand toys.

This home is 20 minutes from the Sarasota airport; 1 hour from the 
Tampa International Airport; Locally you will find Mote Marine, G-Wiz, 
St. Armands Circle, boat rentals, deep sea  fishing and much more. 
You’ll be just a two hour drive to Disney World, MGM Studios, 
Universal Studio theme parks and a 75 minute drive to Busch
Gardens. This is a great location for enjoying the beach and getting
to the theme parks; Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium,
and Mosi, Walt Disney World, MGM, Universal Studios, Sea World,  
Animal Kingdom, Pleasure Island, Island of Adventure.

June 21 - Aug 30, 2008 ..$2,500/wk Saturday to Saturday only.
Aug 30 - Dec 20, 2008....$1,750/wk 
Dec 20/08 - Jan 3/09.....$2,700/wk
Jan 3 - Apr 25, 2009.....$3,000/wk Saturday to Saturday only.
Apr 25 - Sept 26, 2009...$2,500/wk Saturday to Saturday only.

$500.00 to $1,000.00 Deposit required on execution of lease with full
balance owed 60 days prior to arrival. 
Tax of 11% and exit cleaning fee of $140.00 are additional to rent.

Smoking: No, smoke outdoors. 

Cancellations:  Deposit is forfeited if cancellation occurs. 
However, should you have to cancel your reservation, the deposit can
be applied to another rental in the course of the year, subject to
availability.
