2 bedrooms and 2 full baths w/jacuzzi, 1 queen, 2 twin beds, 1 foldable twin bed, and a queen-sofa bed.

Second Floor:

1 master bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms and 2 full baths. One king size bed 2 queens. Formal dinning room breakfast area, and family room.

June 1 to September 30: $5950/week, or $1350/night (3 night minimum stay)            

October 1 to May 31: $6,950/week, or $1450/night (3 night minimum stay) 

Special events such as holidays, weedings ,bussiness meetings priced individually, ask for specials we offer discounts all year around

Additional Costs: Add 11% FL sales tax and Cleaning fee $350

Only Wire Transfers, Travelers' Check, Cashier's Check, or Money Orders shall be accepted. Sorry, we do not accept Personal Checks. Credit Cards (MASTER & VISA) are accepted but will incur an additional 3% surcharge

Security Deposit is required must keep credit card on file. 50% deposit at time of reservation and the remaining 50% due 30 days prior arrival.
